We process personal data exclusively in accordance with the General Data Protection Regulation (GDPR / DSGVO) and the applicable national data protection laws.

Personal data is any data that can be used to identify you personally.

Processing takes place on the following legal bases pursuant to Art. 6(1) GDPR:

3. Hosting

This website runs on a server operated by us in the data centre of the following provider:

Strato processes personal data (e.g. IP addresses in log files) on our behalf. A data processing agreement pursuant to Art. 28 GDPR is in place.

4. Access data / server log files

When you visit the website, the web server operated by us (nginx) automatically collects the following data:

• IP address
• date and time of access
• page accessed
• browser type and version
• operating system
• referrer URL

Purpose: technical provision of the website, system security, error analysis and prevention of misuse. In addition:

• Cookie-free audience measurement (server-side log analysis with GoAccess). No data is transmitted to third parties and no user profiles are created across sessions.
• Automatic blocking of suspicious IP addresses for up to one day (fail2ban) to defend against attacks and automated access.

5. Cookies

This website does not set any cookies. Neither technically necessary cookies nor analytics, tracking or marketing cookies are used. Likewise, no data is stored in your browser's local storage or session storage.

This website does not offer or store user accounts. There is no contact or waiting-list form, no payment processing takes place, and no external analytics, newsletter or AI services are used.

This website does not load any content from third-party servers. It uses only the system fonts already present on your device; no web fonts are loaded, in particular no Google Fonts. No analytics scripts, ad networks, social media plugins, embedded videos or iframes are included.

When you visit this website, no connection to a third-party provider is therefore established at any point. Links to external websites (e.g. meclaw.ai or GitHub) are only called up once you click the link yourself.
